Office Manager

Megan McNamara-Dellaferrera is TriVistaUSA Design + Build's Office Manager (Director of First Impressions) with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for helping the entire team. With a background in communications and office management, Megan enjoys providing the highest level of support through meticulous planning, goal setting, and forming genuine connections. In addition, does so all while supporting the mission and values of the firm and always ensuring nothing falls through the cracks – especially when it comes to client satisfaction.

Raised in South Africa, Megan's upbringing saw her crisscross through the nation's major cities, with Durban claiming a special place in her heart as home. This was followed by a stint in Chile to now the United States, where she carried over her experiences as a Talent Management and Project Office Coordinator while in South Africa. Prior to TriVistaUSA, Megan was a Communications Director and Office Manager for an academic administration, where she specialized heavily on the intricacies of people and formed a track record of spearheading all aspects of executive-level processes. This is naturally complemented by her BA in Marketing and her history of influencing positive workplace environments.

Today, Megan brings that value-led approach to the office, offering a unique level of dedication, professionalism, and fun to the day-to-day operations. Overall, Megan is respected for her servant leadership, interpersonal skills that make first impressions great, and ultimately supporting the efforts that keep the office and all its moving parts going in the right direction. But more intrinsically, Megan is admired for bringing life into the office, ability to form meaningful relationships both internally and externally, and of course, being the glue that keeps the entire team together.

Outside of work, Megan loves creative activities like woodworking, gardening, cooking, crocheting, sewing, and her latest outlet of wood engraving. She is also an ambidextrous stick shift driver, a talent mirrored by her balancing act as a mother to a "pigeon pair" of kiddos who keep her on her toes and give the best Sunday couch cuddles. PS: If you ever have a sweet tooth, there’s a good chance Megan has some chocolate on standby.

The ideal weekend getaway is a pie-in-the-sky idea as children’s activities rule our lives these days, I love the idea of a lake house and sitting on the deck while the children can swim and play.

Which three people do you invite to a dinner party?

This is a tough one. If there were three guests in addition to my husband Daniel it would be Jerry Seinfeld, Barack Obama, and Tina Fey.   All four of these people would make this an informative yet entertaining evening.
