LaTonia has always held a great appreciation for home renovation projects and the art of turning something from old to new! She graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in textile designs; later receiving further education in real estate redevelopment. While at college, her studies included courses in renovations and she even received certificates in renovations for lead safety, remodeling, and real estate investing.
With a background in property management, sales/operations, and residential design/remodeling, LaTonia enjoys working on a variety of projects that challenge her way of thinking. As our production coordinator, she looks forward to being a part of the evolution process and seeing what each project can become.
Originally from Northern VA, LaTonia loves to travel and has two very cool Bearded Dragons. She’s an active cook and in her spare time she runs a small food condiments business, specializing in fresh salsas, sauces, salad dressings, and seasonings. Yum!
What is your ideal weekend getaway?
An ideal weekend getaway would include lots of laughs, great food, fun people, and tequila.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given?
Never measure the weight of your success against someone else’s.

My nieces.
If you knew you couldn’t fail, what would you try?
I would open a modern artsy hotel that’s not just meant for sleeping, but also for the experience. The hotel would include an upscale lounge with entertainment, food, and drinks.
