Kieran Fannan
Project Architect
It is safe to say that a career in architecture was a no brainer for our APA Kieran. Since he was a youngin’, Kieran grew up studying home magazines and drawing his own house plans. By eleven years old he was even assisting his parents with the design of their own kitchen. Originally from New Jersey shore, Kieran moved to DC to earn his Bachelors and Masters in Architecture from The Catholic University of America. His experience in high-end residential remodeling has nurtured his passion for creating well designed spaces where a family can grow and make incredible memories for years to come.
Our vintage car enthusiast Kieran currently lives on the Hill, and on the weekends you can probably find him attending a car and coffee event. His other hobbies include collecting old vinyl records, sketching, and sailing. We asked him what his favorite vinyl was in his collection. His answer: “Warren Zevon. I have two copies just in case one breaks!”
