Jemma Parsonson

Pre-Construction Coordinator

Jemma is an ambitious Pre-Construction Coordinator who is excited to give back TriVistaUSA Design + Build designers and clients what they desire the most – energy and time. Starting her career in hopes of accentuating the design and project management landscapes, Jemma has a natural design eye and brings with her a longstanding passion for all things art. And to date, has decided to explore those strengths with a core goal to help optimize design team potential, client satisfaction and ultimately propel project initiatives forward.

Growing up in Alexandria, VA with an innate love for design and growth, it influenced Jemma to earn a B.S. in Residential Environments and Design with a minor in Property Management from Virginia Tech. During this time, Jemma not only leveraged her diverse artistic outlooks as a dual American and British citizen to deliver unique perspectives, but she was also a member of the Forestry Club – a group that participates in Timbersports. That’s right; Jemma may be a junior designer, but she is also one with an extraordinary double life as a competitive knife thrower!

Along with this, Jemma also began building her career experiences as early as high school, working as a summer camp counselor, and later gaining first-hand design exposure as a college intern in 2021 at another great design/build firm before graduating from Virginia Tech in 2022. Since then, Jemma has intertwined those experiences and exposures to join TriVistaUSA Design + Build, all with a core mission to secure team/client good faith relationships, and help cultivate bar-raising designs that genuinely inspire.

Driven to instill positive impacts, Jemma is more than eager to begin positioning projects up for success, and doing so in such a way that mutually benefits everyone across the pipeline. From scope planning to being the designers’ second eyes, Jemma is armed and ready to pioneer next-level success through bottom-up support, accountability, and issuing splashes of motivation through each progressive stage. That said, when Jemma is not letting the creative sparks (or knives) fly, she likes spending her time outdoors enjoying a wide range of activities such as golfing, fishing, hiking, and off-roading.
