Deborah has been a graphic designer since finishing her degree in Communication Arts and Design at Virginia Commonwealth University. Her work captures her international upbringing and Japanese heritage, a blend of ingenuity, creativity, and Asian sensibility. Deborah owns her own graphic design firm and has almost twenty years of experience branding and marketing for large corporate clients.
Deborah applies her design eye and business savvy to marketing for TriVistaUSA. Her logo stands proudly outside each worksite, and her sleek website design captures the attention of clients. Deborah is often asked to consult on projects, providing her keen attention to detail and unique style. In the office, her cheerful nature and managerial skills work together to keep the office efficient and productive.
When she is not working, Deborah enjoys taking trips just about anywhere with her husband and two children, but especially up to coastal Maine. She loves to find adventure in any activity, and spends time rock climbing and participating in a localized version of “The Amazing Race.”
What is your ideal weekend getaway?
My hubby, a beautiful environment (65 degrees and sunny) and plenty of outdoor activities (a little shopping is okay, too!)
What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given?
My mother always told me to surround myself with smart friends.
What’s on your bookshelf?
Mostly design books and magazines.
Which three people do you invite to a dinner party?
A U.S. President, Kate Middleton, and George Clooney (maybe he’d bring Amal)
