Effie Faoro

Production Coordinator

A visionary since day one, Effie Faoro is creative with a rooted passion for bringing ideas to life. As a Production Coordinator for TriVistaUSA Design + Build, Effie skillfully assists Project Managers with fulfilling client needs and ensuring effective communication between all parties involved. Overall, Effie is a people person and brings a positive vibe to the team, and her strengths lie in her client-focused approaches, team-oriented mentality, and her natural gravitation towards thinking outside the box.

A native to New York but raised in Frederick, Maryland, Effie studied Communications at the local Frederick Community College and has since boasted an impressive portfolio. Notably, Effie previously served as an Office Manager and later worked just shy of nine years at a company called DaveyTree – run by her superhero dad. In addition, Effie was also a former Marketing and Events Manager for Harley Davidson, where she gained first-hand experience in all things client relations, budget lifecycles, and project coordination.

Today, Effie brings a range of skills to the table, including her creative vision, her drive to learn and innovate, and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. All in all, Effie is a highly reflective person who understands the importance of constantly improving her competencies by exposing herself to new ideas and experiences. Applying that mindset to TriVistaUSA, Effie is passionate about pushing the boundaries of success, closing communication gaps, and is devoted to ensuring the team never falls into a stale routine.

On the weekends, Effie enjoys going to estate sales/antiquing and indulging in creative hobbies like writing and film photography. But above all, Effie loves spending time with her family, friends, and her beloved one-eyed bull terrier. Whether it's over a nice dinner or chilling out watching a good movie, Effie values staying connected to those who mean the most to her.

What is your ideal weekend getaway?

My ideal getaway is anywhere new or even sometimes familiar with my boyfriend and a few friends. Especially to a beach or anywhere with live music and good vibes. It's all about the people you're with rather than where you are for me.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given?

Whatever is meant to be will always be for you! Your life is a reflection of your thoughts. Choose positive ones and watch your life blossom.

What’s on your bookshelf?

The houseguest, a ton of Interior Design/ Architecture Books, and the Bell Jar.

Which three people do you invite to a dinner party?

Anthony Bourdain, my best friend, and my boyfriend.

If you knew you couldn’t fail, what would you try?

I would become a famous film photographer or an actor.
