Ayanna Lattimore

Project Coordinator

Ayanna Lattimore is a skilled Project Coordinator known for her dynamic approach to project management and design. With a strong foundation in customer service and a flair for creativity, Ayanna brings a unique perspective and passion to every project. Today, Ayanna excels in orchestrating complex tasks and ensuring seamless communication among teams. In addition, doing so while ensuring that her client’s needs are always placed first, and that every stage of the process exceeds expectations.

Early on, Ayanna attended Harford Community College for two years before transferring to a nursing program at Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia. During this time, she balanced her time working as a waitress and for a group of Orthopedic Surgeons at MedStar Health. Later heading back to her hometown of Towson, Maryland to seek a more creative outlet, Ayanna made the bold decision to shift careers and accept a role as a design coordinator with a new home builder – where she ultimately discovered her love for the industry.

Applying all of this to TriVistaUSA Design + Build, Ayanna delivers exceptional customer service and results through her role as a project coordinator. Her diverse background has given her a holistic view into the world of design and forming connections, both of which she uses to help lead cohesive and personalized outcomes. This is alongside her deep interpersonal skills and values toward teamwork that have made her an integral part of the company culture since day one.

Outside of work, Ayanna enjoys craft projects, DIY activities, football Sundays, and spending quality time with friends and family in the D.C. area. This is especially true during her favorite time of year (Labor Day to New Year's) when she makes it her mission to pack in as much fun as possible – often with the company of her amazing niece and nephew.
